For infants, kindergarten and nursery children the prerequisite for a successful educational experience is a feeling of security, safety and acceptance in our building. Many of our activities therefore take place in set groups. We place importance on a period of settling in, which is tailored to the child’s particular needs – the first task, which the child, parents and teacher master together. In the interest of a democratic style of education we encourage the children to participate in topics and decisions of significance to them. Depending on their age, they can play a part in deciding certain issues.
